Experience and Background

My current work  experience includes but is not limited to writing, researching, analyzing and editing appraisals for financing, expropriation, assessment appeals and for various litigation purposes. 

I have substantial experience in project management along with reviewing data/reports and  formulating recommendations and advice.

I have completed  appraisal assignments in 6 Provinces in Canada, 10 States in the USA and also Europe  (Specifically Spain).

I provide legal support services relating to property assessment appeals, arbitration, litigation, insurance along with expropriation. As well I complete feasibility  studies, market research and replacement cost insurance valuations. 

I have been  declared an expert witness before the Court of Queen’s Bench in the area of Real Estate Appraisal/Analysis in Canada and Europe (Specifically Spain). 

I have also testified before several Assessment Appeal Boards as a representative for various clients. 

I have been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1986 and currently hold the AACI and P.App designations.
